Welcome to Combat Standard.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Combat Standard website and your purchase of products and services from Combat Standard.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. ABOUT COMBAT STANDARD

Combat Standard is a combat-sports-focused brand offering apparel, boxing and MMA gear, custom fighter equipment and related products.

Combat Standard may operate under an Australian Business Number (ABN). Business registration details may be updated as the business develops.

2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You agree to use the Combat Standard website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes;

  • Attempt to interfere with or damage the website;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

  • Copy, reproduce or exploit our website or its content without permission;

  • Use our branding or intellectual property without authorisation;

  • Provide false or misleading information when placing an order; or

  • Use our website in a manner that could harm Combat Standard or its customers.

Combat Standard reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, misuse, incorrect pricing or stock errors.

3. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing information, colours and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, screen settings, lighting, photography or differences between individual products.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, availability and specifications without prior notice.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not necessarily accepted until Combat Standard has confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable;

  • There is an obvious pricing or listing error;

  • Payment cannot be processed;

  • We suspect fraudulent activity; or

  • The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If Combat Standard cancels an order after payment has been received, any required refund will be provided.

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order, including products, quantities, shipping charges and applicable discounts, before completing payment.

Combat Standard reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

Discount codes:

  • Must be used according to their stated conditions;

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Cannot be applied retrospectively unless Combat Standard agrees; and

  • May be limited to specific products or campaigns.

Combat Standard reserves the right to cancel or restrict discount codes where they are used fraudulently, incorrectly or contrary to their intended conditions.

6. SALE & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Products marked as sale or discounted may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless required by the Australian Consumer Law, sale and discounted products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

This does not remove any consumer guarantees or other rights provided by law.

7. CUSTOM & FIGHTER PRODUCTS

Combat Standard may offer custom products, including fighter shorts, apparel, boxing equipment, MMA equipment and personalised products.

Due to the custom nature of these products:

  • Designs must be approved before production where applicable;

  • Customers are responsible for checking approved designs and information;

  • Custom products cannot generally be cancelled or returned due to change of mind once production has commenced; and

  • Custom products remain subject to applicable consumer guarantees.

Specific custom orders may be subject to additional terms agreed between Combat Standard and the customer.

8. PRE-ORDERS

Combat Standard may offer products through pre-order campaigns.

Pre-order products may have different fulfilment arrangements from standard in-stock products.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product may not be immediately available for dispatch.

If Combat Standard is unable to fulfil a pre-order, the customer will be contacted and an appropriate solution will be provided.

Pre-order terms may be specified on the individual product page.

9. SHIPPING

Combat Standard ships primarily within Australia and may offer international shipping.

Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process where applicable.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, tariffs and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs processing and other circumstances outside Combat Standard's control.

Combat Standard does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly stated for a particular product or service.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name;

  • Shipping address;

  • Contact information;

  • Email address; and

  • Order details.

Combat Standard is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, except where the error was caused by Combat Standard.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property associated with Combat Standard, including but not limited to:

  • The Combat Standard name;

  • Logos;

  • Trademarks;

  • Graphics;

  • Designs;

  • Artwork;

  • Product designs;

  • Photography;

  • Videos;

  • Website content;

  • Written content; and

  • Marketing materials

is owned by or licensed to Combat Standard unless otherwise stated.

You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, copy, publish or commercially exploit Combat Standard intellectual property without prior written permission.

Purchasing a Combat Standard product does not give you ownership or commercial rights to Combat Standard's branding, designs or artwork.

12. USER CONTENT

If you submit photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials, comments or other content to Combat Standard, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringing, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

Combat Standard may remove content that breaches these requirements.

Where you provide content for promotional use, Combat Standard may request permission to use that content for marketing purposes.

13. FIGHTER COLLABORATIONS

Combat Standard may collaborate with professional fighters, athletes, teams, creators and other partners.

Products, promotional arrangements and custom equipment created through collaborations may be subject to separate agreements or specific terms.

Where separate terms apply, those terms may supplement these Terms of Service.

14. PRODUCT SAFETY & INTENDED USE

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and in accordance with any instructions, warnings or intended-use information supplied with the product.

Combat Standard products should not be modified or used in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use third-party services, including payment providers, shipping providers, website platforms, analytics services and other technology providers.

Combat Standard is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Combat Standard will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

17. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Combat Standard will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transport disruptions, supplier issues, government actions, customs delays, technology failures or other similar events.

Where reasonably possible, Combat Standard will communicate significant disruptions to affected customers.

18. PRIVACY

Combat Standard may collect and use customer information for purposes including processing orders, providing customer support, shipping products, processing payments and communicating with customers.

Customer information will be handled in accordance with Combat Standard's Privacy Policy.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Combat Standard may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this website.

Changes will apply from the date they are published unless otherwise stated.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in Australia.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian law.
